Okay friends. This pie is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The best way I can describe it is like Samoa Girl Scout Cookie with the consistency of Pecan Pie. It's also super easy to make and budget friendly. You have no excuse! Eat some Pie!
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix eggs, sugar, butter, flour, baking powder together. Resist singing songs from Waitress. You can't.
Once mixed, slowly fold in the rest of the ingredients so that each ingredient gets evenly mixed. As for Bourbon, I haven't had any on hand so I've been using Makers Mark Whisky and it's doing the job just fine!
Pour into the frozen pie crust and bake for 30-40 minutes. It should be a bit gooey in the center but solid like a cookie on top.
Serve warm and with ice cream.

I can’t wait to make this pie! Melissa made it for me recently and it was so delicious. I had to ration it out so I didn’t eat the whole thing in one sitting. It’s chocolatey and boozy. Such a great combination.
